This was a cozy in-home family session in Lombard, IL
When Jane reached out to me about doing a special shoot with her husband Brian, I was thrilled. Since she wanted it to be extra special, I knew right away that their home would be the perfect location for the photoshoot. Their place is not just a house, it's a home filled with love and memories. They've had their beloved dog, Axel, and their two cats, Max & Maddie, pass through that house. So it was a no brainer. I wanted to capture their connection and the cozy feeling of being together in their own space.
This isn't the first time I've photographed them, I mean they're one of my favorite people! I love walking through their house in Lombard, IL and seeing all the fun things around it. They even have a photog collage of all the photos I've taken of them. So sweet. In the warmer days, I love walking through their beautifully landscaped back yard, all done by them!
Daisy, their sweet pup, was also a big part of the shoot. She was a little reserved and shy this time around and just wanted to snuggle up to them. It was heartwarming to see how much she loves Jane and Brian.
Overall, it was a beautiful in-home family session that truly captured the connection of Jane, Brian, and Daisy. It's sessions like these that remind me why I love what I do - capturing genuine moments of love and connection, even in the comfort of people's own homes. Can't wait for the next one!
