Today: Your date is saved. Nothing else is needed from you right now.
One week before: I'll check in with the weather outlook and any final details.
Session day: Show up as you are. I'll handle the rest.

Getting ready
What to wear: You’ll be receiving my welcome guide which has a lot of information on what to wear.
Timing: If you have little ones, plan the session around nap time and snack time. A fed, rested kid makes for a great session.

Kids will wiggle. Toddlers may run the other way. Someone might have a meltdown, and that’s okay. Those moments are part of your family’s story, and I know how to work with them. You don’t need to be perfect, and you don’t need to make everyone smile at once.
A tip that helps: tell the kids ahead of time that they’re going to have fun with a friend who has a camera, and skip the pressure to behave.
What if it rains or if one of us are sick?
If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll pick a new date together at no extra cost. If someone is sick, let me know and we'll reschedule.
Can we bring the dog?
If the location allows dogs yes, let me know if you have a furry family member you’d like at your shoot and I’ll check to make sure they are welcomed. Some locations (Cantigny) do not allow them.
What if my kids won’t cooperate?
They will, in their own way. That’s what I’m here for.

When is my remaining balance due?
Your remaining balance of is due the date of the shoot and can be paid through your Honeybook invoice. You’ll be automatically notified.
When will our photos be ready?
Your gallery will be delivered within 3 weeks through an online gallery, with fully edited images. If you'd like more after delivery, you can add images or upgrade to the full gallery anytime.
